The 1981 Crispa Redmanizers season was the seventh season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA).
Championship
- Crispa Redmanizers won their ninth PBA title during the year, defeating U/Tex Wranglers, 124-119 in Game 4 of the Reinforced All Filipino Finals for a 3-1 series victory.
- Only two conferences were held in that season, earlier in the Open Conference, Crispa lost to Toyota in the finals, as the two rivals battle for the last time in a PBA Championship.
Acquisitions
- During the Reinforced All Filipino Conference, Crispa recruited and signed four players from the Multi-titled APCOR team in the MICAA namely, Ramon Cruz, Arturo Cristobal, Padim Israel and Yoyoy Villamin, a fifth recruit from the amateurs was Rudy Distrito.
Releases
- With the Entry of former APCOR players, five players from Crispa that was part of the Open Conference lineup that lost to Toyota were dropped from the rosters, Reynaldo Pages, Virgilio Dela Cruz, Luis "Tito" Varela, Jaime Javier and Gregorio Dionisio.
